ORDER PROCESSING

We pack orders faster than a private hiding from a first sergeant.
Most items ship out in 1–3 business days.
Custom orders may take a little longer because art magic takes time and caffeine.

If the shop is slammed (launch days, holidays, or because y’all buy everything at once), expect a slight delay — but we will get it out. We don’t miss missions.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s riding with the postal system — AKA the wild west. Typical delivery times:

• USA: 3–7 business days

• APO/FPO: 7–21 business days

• International: 7–20 business days (customs may add delays)

If the tracking says it’s still “in transit,” that means it’s somewhere between here, the next city over, or orbit. Normal stuff.

TRACKING

Every order gets tracking.
If your tracking doesn’t update for a couple days, don’t panic — USPS sometimes takes naps.

LOST PACKAGES

If the carrier loses it or delivers it to your neighbor Karen, contact them first — they’re in control once it leaves TGM HQ.

If it’s truly gone-gone and not hiding behind a plant, hit us up and we’ll do what we can to help.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Double-check your address like it’s a weapon serial number.
If you type it wrong and the package goes on an adventure through America, we can’t refund or replace it for free.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order shows up looking like it got run over by a LMTV, send us photos within 48 hours and we’ll square you away if the damage is on our end.  (info@tacticalgreasemonkeys.com)
