 TGM TERMS OF SERVICE

(AKA: The Rules of the Motor Pool)

Welcome to Tactical Grease Monkeys (TGM). By using our site, buying our gear, or clicking anything on this website, you agree to the following terms — written in plain English, motor-pool attitude, and just enough legal wording to keep the lawyers happy.

 1. USING OUR SITE

When you visit or shop on our website, you agree:

  • Don’t break the site.

  • Don’t steal our designs.

  • Don’t try hacking like you’re in a spy movie.

  • Don’t do anything illegal or sketchy — we’re a merch brand, not CSI.

If you violate these, we reserve the right to cancel your order or block your access.
Zero drama — just business.

2. PRODUCTS & PRICES

Prices may change faster than PX candy bars.
We can update, modify, or discontinue products anytime.

Everything on the site is shown as accurately as possible, but colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. (We can’t control that your phone is cracked and covered in grease.)

3. ORDER ACCURACY

By placing an order, you confirm:

  • Your info is correct

  • Your shipping address is real

  • Your payment method is legit

  • You know what size shirt you picked

If you put the wrong address and your package goes on a cross-country road trip, that’s on you.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

We accept major credit cards,Shopify Payments, PayPal, and whatever else Shopify supports. Payments must go through before we ship anything.

All payments are encrypted and secure (we never see your full card numbers).

5. SHIPPING

We hand off your order to USPS/UPS after packing it. Once it leaves TGM HQ, we no longer control the package.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
(We can’t control the postal clerk’s attitude or energy level.)

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Short version:
Custom orders = final.
Stickers = final.
Shirts = final once shipped.

If something arrives damaged because of us, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll fix it.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All TGM mascots, designs, logos, phrases, and content are property of Tactical Grease Monkeys.
No stealing, tracing, printing, reselling, reposting, or using without permission.

We work hard on our designs — don’t be that guy.

8. BEHAVIOR & MISUSE

You agree not to:

  • Use our site for illegal purposes

  • Try to scrape or steal data

  • Spam us or other customers

  • Use our products for hate, discrimination, or anything disgusting (we will cancel you instantly)

TGM is about gear, humor, and culture — not negativity.

9. OPTIONAL TOOLS & LINKS

We may link to services (like payment processors or tracking pages).
We’re not responsible for what happens on those external websites — they have their own rules.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We can update these Terms anytime. The latest version will always be posted here. If you keep using the site after changes, that means you accept the updates.
